Who we are

OM Family Fund (formerly Hustle & Heart) is a philanthropic family fund co-founded by Mandy Morris and Oliver Niño. We are committed to philanthropy and to making a positive impact on lives through the transformative power of love, compassion, and authenticity — with a primary focus on empowering communities in the Philippines.

Where we direct our giving

Our work spans four interconnected areas, all united by a belief in the dignity and potential of every human being.

• Children & Youth Supporting young cancer warriors, orphans, and vulnerable children through care kits, meals, gifts, and sustained presence — from pediatric wards to orphanages across the Philippines.
• Women Empowerment Investing in the strength, dignity, and potential of women — providing resources, support, and opportunities that help women step into their full power and lead change in their communities.
• Healing Childhood Trauma Addressing the deep wounds that early adversity leaves behind. We support programs and initiatives that help children and adults heal from trauma, reclaim their sense of self, and build lives rooted in safety and love.
• Education Providing school supplies to hundreds of students, establishing feeding programs and soup kitchens, and ensuring that even during crises children's educational needs are never overlooked.
• Disaster Relief Responding swiftly to typhoons, volcanic eruptions, fires, and floods with food, clothing, hygiene supplies, and hope. We have served thousands of displaced families across the Philippines.
• Community Support Bringing warmth to the elderly, abandoned, and marginalized — cooking meals, organizing activities, and building lasting relationships with indigenous communities like the Mangyans of Mindoro.
• Raising Consciousness We fund and invest in initiatives that expand awareness, deepen understanding, and elevate the human experience — supporting the teachers, programs, and movements that help people awaken to their highest potential.
• Healing Supporting transformative healing work across physical, emotional, and spiritual dimensions. We believe that when individuals heal, families heal — and when families heal, communities transform.
• Personal Development Investing in tools, programs, and experiences that help people grow into the fullest version of themselves — fostering resilience, self-awareness, and the courage to live authentically.
